Please ensure you exercise caution and directly supervise your infant or toddler when using our hair accessories.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

It’s our desire that you are thrilled with your purchase. Every effort will be made to ensure each item is made to the highest of standards. If we have made an error or send a defective item, we will promptly replace it at our expense. We ask that you notify us within 5 days of receipt. If you should have any questions while making your order, just contact us and we will be happy to assist.

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, it is our policy to not sell items that have been returned: therefore all sales are final. Thank you for understanding.

There may be slight variance from the photos due to supplier changes, etc. If a small substitute is required, the substitution will always be equal or greater.

 

 

Shipping Policy 

Due to the nature of our business, our bows and accessories are handmade and we ask that you allow 5-7 business days for us to handcraft your order. You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your order. All parcels will be shipped via Canada Post unless you select another shipping option. If you require a rush order will be happy to accommodate your request, however please be advised that expedited shipping will be an additional expense to what was quoted on your invoice. As a result, the difference will be invoiced to you PRIOR to putting your order into production.
