Do you accept custom orders? TOP
Absolutely! In fact, we'd love the opportunity to create a custom design and welcome custom requests. We have many of the coordinating ribbons from various Gymboree Lines, Gap, and The Children's Place clothing. If you have an outfit you'd like to match we probably have the ribbon or are able to do a special order to get it in from one of our many suppliers. Everything in our online store (excluding the Everyday Tutus) are handcrafted by us and able to be customized. We look forward to hearing from you.
Why are you prices in Canadian dollars? TOP
We're located in Ontario, Canada and have made the choice to charge in Canadian dollars. This means value added for our Canadian customers because you won't loose money with the currency exchange.
This is also a nice bonus for our American customers because the US dollar is trading slightly higher than the Canadian dollar and you'll receive more buying power with your dollar when you shop with us. You also won't be charged any taxes which is a nice perk as well.
What's the difference between your Everyday Tutu and your Special Occasion Tutu? TOP
Our Everyday Tutu is just that, perfect for every day play and maintains it shape and style with zero maintenance.
Our Special Occasion Tutus are handcrafted and can be customized to whatever style and colour you desire. They are a bit more elaborate than the Everyday Tutu, and while they hold up to dress up and playtime, they will require some steaming and fluffing to maintain their shape. Because they are handcrafted and made to order, there is a 5-7 day turn around to make one. If a custom order Special Occasion Tutu is requested, please allow additional time to order the required materials.
Our Special Occasion Tutus come in the regular tutu style and in the new tutu dress style.
